Cedar Point’s Coaster Campout 2017 Details
What’s better than waking up at Cedar Point? Waking up IN Cedar Point! Today, the park announced the details for its annual Coaster Campout event where guests can spend the night in the park. The event will take place Saturday May 13- Sunday May 14.
Guests will be able to pitch a tent INSIDE the park and stay over night! Each campsite will accommodate up to four people and includes admission into the park for both days. All of the proceeds raised from the event benefit the Boys & Girls Club of America.
Campout guests can begin checking in at 9 AM on Saturday, May 13th and enjoy the day at the park. Then the evening festivities begin with dinner served at the Lakeside Pavilion. After the park closes, campout guests get ERT on Maverick and s’mores at Roundup. Pitch a tent inside the park and get some rest because there will be a fun filled day ahead!
In the morning, breakfast is provided and guests get ERT on Millennium Force and Valravn (and that’s before normal early entry!). Finally, you get to enjoy the normal season passholder early entry from 9-10 AM.
If you’ve ever dreamed of waking up inside Cedar Point, now’s your chance to grab your spot. Campsites are on sale now for $200 per campsite (accommodates 4 guests), but tickets are limited. So, get your group together and get ready for the campout of a lifetime. But remember, this is no ordinary camping trip… you’ll be braving the third shift and sleeping inside The Roller Coaster Capital of the World!
- Each campsite can accommodate up to a 12′ x 12′ tent with up to 4 people.
- The cost is $200 per camp site which is for 1-4 guests. No matter if you have 1 person or 4 the cost is still $200 per camp site.
- Changes cannot be made after purchase, so organize your group prior to purchasing your campsite.
- No coolers or alcohol are allowed.
- Bring deodorant and a travel toothbrush.
- No showers will be available during this event.
