Father’s Day Fun at Dorney Park & WildWater Kingdom
Treat Dad to a day where he can be a kid again and support a good cause while doing it! This Father’s Day, Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom will be offering special events and plenty of fun for the whole family to create special memories with Dad while helping fight childhood cancer.
Join Dorney Park on Sunday, June 19th for their Father’s Day Steak and Ale event in Carousel Grove from 4:00-8:00 PM. Guests will enjoy an All-You-Can-Eat picnic including hamburgers, hot dogs, grilled chicken breast, pasta salad, watermelon, chips and Coca-Cola beverages. Dads will be treated to a complimentary steak with all the trimmings prepared by Dorney’s Executive Chef Malo Jones.
Passholders can start their day by enjoying a delicious breakfast with their favorite people – Dad and the members of the PEANUTS gang! The Passholder Character Breakfast will be served from 9:00 – 10:30 AM in the Carousel Grove. The menu includes pancakes, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage links, fruit salad and warm biscuits.
Share your fun at Dorney Park by posting a picture of you and your dad using #OneDorneySmileAtATime on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter…or share on all three! Every time you do, a donation will be made to Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation. A portion of the proceeds from the Father’s Day Steak and Ale event tickets and admission special that Everybody Pays Kids Price will also support Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation as part of Lemonade Days at Dorney Park.
For 2016, Dorney Park has given a facelift to its 1924 Thunderhawk coaster. The ride was retrofitted with all new trains and fresh paint reminiscent of its original design.
