Sesame Street Halloween Event Kicks Off At Busch Gardens Tampa
The last two weekends of October from 11am to 2pm, Busch Gardens Tampa is hosting a fun, kid-friendly, Halloween event that will take place at the Sesame Street Safari of Fun kids area.
Sesame Street Halloween Kids Weekends will include animal encounters, a hay bale maze, character parades, and best of all, trick-or-treat candy stations! The event will feature Sesame Street characters in their Halloween costumes, including Count von Count, Elmo, Cookie Monster, Abby Cadabby, Big Bird, and other popular faces. It’s not mandatory, but kids are encouraged to wear costumes.
The event will take place over two weekends with each weekend having a different festive theme. The first weekend, October 22 and 23, will be centered around Count von Count, who will help you count your way through a maze. The second weekend, October 29 and 30, will be focused on Monsters and Fairies, with Halloween-themed arts and crafts to make kids feel like the lovable Elmo or a fairy like Abby Cadabby.
There will be character parades every hour along with with kid-friendly music plus, all of the Sesame kiddie rides will remain open!
Busch Gardens isn’t just catering to the kids this Halloween season. Howl-O-Scream is open every Thursday through Sunday night for the rest of October from 7:30 pm to 1 am.
