In addition to multiple job fairs Universal Orlando will hold over the coming weeks, a special open call for lifeguards will be held on Saturday, January 28 from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Universal’s HR office. Universal Orlando will hire more than 400 Lifeguards to support the new water theme park.

Volcano Bay will span 30 fully immersive acres and feature a variety of experiences that range from daring to serene.  Dozens of unique attractions will offer something for everyone, including a multi-directional wave pool with sandy beaches, a peaceful winding river, twisting multi-rider raft rides, speeding body slides that drop from the top of the volcano into the waters below – and more. And Universal is looking for energetic team members to help bring these experiences to life for their guests. All of the details recently released of Volcano Bay, including its new wristband that creates a virtual queue no wait experience, can be found by clicking here.

Universal closed its Wet N Wild water park in preparation for Volcano Bay on December 31, 2016. Those staff members will be offered jobs at Volcano Bay, and some will be working at Universal until Volcano Bay is ready. Check out the big fireworks finale from the final day of operation!

Universal Orlando provides an exciting work environment for team members with great perks like free park admission, discounts, complimentary guest passes, free admission to SeaWorld and Busch Gardens, and more.
